What are the benefits of counselling with me?

The benefit of therapy with me is to learn how to get rid of negative thoughts, emotions (guilt, shame, anger) or limiting/inappropriate beliefs that are deeply rooted within your mind. You would be facilitated with strategy and you become so strategized and you start to make different decisions, which you become surprised at yourself. You will have different understanding, knowing is never power understanding is the power.

The problem solving, methods that I use vary, based on the client’s needs. One of the most dynamic features of my service is focusing on wellness.

I endeavour to put emphasis on self-value and worthiness of my cliental so they are able to make better choices in life. I find that my emphasis on wellness impacts the treatment outcome in a very positive way. My unique technique for the mind is designed to help people change and grow. I see change as a process of knowing who you are today, and not becoming someone else’s model of who you should be.

I focus on helping you to shift your thoughts toward feeling good about yourself and your life. You will also gain more emotional strength and become able to make better choices in your life. Unlike what most people believe, happiness is a skill that you can actually learn to achieve. Happiness is a state of mind and you can learn how to remain in that state. In my practice, I apply a highly effective form of psychotherapy to change the beliefs that are the foundation of all forms of dysfunctional behavior: worry, fear, anxiety, depression, etc.

You can change any belief that limits you from being, doing or having what you want – beliefs such as money, relationships, self-esteem, self-expression, joy, personal competence, creativity, confidence, love, success or intelligence. My methods can also help people who are suffering from chronic pain.
I use cutting edge methods, my combinations of training makes me unique in not only in province of Saskatchewan, but also nation and Canada-wide.
